As an enthusiast in the business advisory industry, Kente embrace in value adding to the success and sustainability of clients’ business. With more than 15 years of working experience, he has served clients in the private sector from various industries, such as retail, agriculture, manufacturing, education, information technologies and more.

Kente often involved to assist and providing strategic advice with detailed segmented financial analysis to clients especially from the SMEs Community to achieve various business objective from crisis management to business transformation and performance optimisation, even so during the challenging period under the COVID-19 Pandemic.

In addition, he has vast experience in advising and assisting Start-Ups, SMEs, Corporation and Multi-National Companies in Malaysia to apply and obtain MSC Malaysia Status. He is often entrusted by clients to be the representative to liaise with the relevant government agencies namely Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) which is part of the Approval Committee with Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).

Prior to be actively involved in the business advisory industry, Kente was a banker with both local and international banks in Malaysia for 8 years. During his experience in the banking industry, he was the Manager and Specialist in Global Consumer Products such as unsecured consumer lending and mortgages. He was awarded as Top Rookie Award and Top Achievers Award for Commercial Mortgage sector by an international bank.

He holds the qualification as the Certified Accounting Technician under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
